Return Policy

Our items are made to order, therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. As soon as you purchase your item it is sent to our print provider for production. Please note that if you make an error during the ordering process, such as purchasing the wrong size or color, we may not be able to change the order before it is produced/shipped. 


If your item arrives defective or is damaged in shipping, please email support and send a photo/s that shows the entire item and clearly shows the damage:


Wilshire Collections is not responsible for lost packages due to shipping carrier issues or due to customers providing incorrect shipping addresses. Once your order leaves our printing facility it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and you will need to file a claim for any lost packages with the carrier directly. 


Digital products such as printables, tutorials or e-books are delivered to you via email immediately after purchase. Absolutely no refunds will be allowed for these items. 


Processing & Shipping 


At this time, we only ship physical products within the continental United States plus Hawaii. Digital (non-shippable) products can be purchased by customers in any country. 


Shipping times:

Our items are made to order. Please allow time for your order to process (up to one week, plus the time it takes for shipping). These times could be longer during busy holiday seasons. Items from your order may arrive in different packages at different times.


Shipping cost:

All orders of $50 or more ship for free. Orders $49.99 and below ship for a flat $5 shipping. 



Return Policy (Pillow Cover Club Subscription)


No refunds or exchanges will be given at any time for any reason. No exceptions.

If you accidentally purchased more than one subscription, please email support. Items are prepared for shipping when the order is placed. We will NOT be able to make a change to your order until the following month, depending on how quickly you notify us. 

Due to the nature of the fabrics and materials and the handmade elements of the pillow covers, there may be some variations from pillow cover to pillow cover. We cannot offer refunds or returns if your pillow covers have slight variations.  

If your item arrives damaged, please take detailed photos and email them to support so we can help resolve the issue:

If your item is damaged or defective, you must email support to request a replacement within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
