To manage your subscription and make any changes, log in at the above link or go to shopwilshirecollections.com and click on the account icon to log into your account. If you had an account prior to signing up for a Pillow Cover Club subscription and you used the same email address when you purchased your subscription your account will reflect that automatically.

If you don't already have an account, you must create an account to be able to manage your Pillow Cover Club subscription. When creating the account make sure to use the same email address you used when signing up.

Once you log into your account you will click on "Manage subscriptions." This is where you'll be able to update your payment method, update your shipping address or cancel your subscription if you wish. 

This is a monthly subscription, meaning pillow covers are delivered to you monthly.

If you chose to pay monthly... your first monthly payment will come out when you sign up, and future payments will come out on the 3rd of each month. (Example: Sign up and pay August 18th for the August pillow cover, your next payment will be September 3rd for September pillow, October 3rd for October pillow, etc)

If you chose to pay yearly... your full yearly payment will come out when you sign up, and future payments will come out on the same day you signed up next year, and so on. (Example: Sign up and pay August 18th, 2023 for pillow covers from August 2023 to July 2024, and your next payment will be August 18th, 2024. (*Please note: Yearly payment plans are no longer offered when signing up.)

When we charge your payment method on file for your monthly or yearly subscription payment and it fails, we will attempt to charge it again daily for the next 5 days. If we are unable to collect payment, your subscription will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED. There are no exceptions to this policy. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment method is up to date and sufficient funds are present when you are charged. We have limited spots each month in the Pillow Cover Club. If your subscription is canceled you will lose your spot and we CANNOT guarantee when another spot will open up in the future.

Pillow covers will always ship out the 2nd week of the month.

You can cancel anytime. Monthly subscribers - you will be automatically charged on the 3rd day of every month, typically at the same time you initially placed your order. With time changes etc. we recommend you cancel on the 1st day of the month if you wish to stop your subscription charges. If you do not cancel in time and your payment comes out, your pillow cover/s will be shipped for that month. No exceptions and no refunds.

You can't skip months but you can cancel at any time.

We have limited spots each month in the Pillow Cover Club. If you cancel your subscription or if your subscription is automatically canceled due to failed payment you will lose your spot and we CANNOT guarantee when another spot will open up in the future. 

It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is always up to date. If you move, please do not rely on mail forwarding. You must log in to your account and update your shipping address there BEFORE the next shipment goes out. Shipments go out the 2nd week of each month.)

Wilshire Collections is not responsible for lost packages for any reason. We do not offer refunds for lost packages and cannot guarantee a replacement item will be available. (Our pillow covers are produced in limited runs.) If a package is lost, we can provide you with the tracking number and shipping carrier but you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

1st of the month - Cancel by this day to ensure you are not charged again

3rd of the month - Monthly payments process

4th - 8th days of the month - We will attempt to collect payment if your payment failed. If you need to update payment, it must be done so within this time frame

2nd week of the month - Pillow cover/s ship the 2nd week of each month

Yearly renewal date - Yearly subscribers, take note of this date. If you wish to cancel, please do so 2 days prior to this date to ensure you're not charged. (*Please note: Yearly payment plans are no longer offered when signing up.)

No refunds or exchanges will be given at any time for any reason. No exceptions.

If you accidentally purchased more than one subscription, please email support. Items are prepared for shipping when the order is placed. We will NOT be able to make a change to your order until the following month, depending on how quickly you notify us. 

Due to the nature of the fabrics and materials and the handmade elements of the pillow covers, there may be some variations from pillow cover to pillow cover. We cannot offer refunds or returns if your pillow covers have slight variations.  

If your item arrives damaged, please take detailed photos and email them to support so we can help resolve the issue: wilshirecollections1@gmail.com

If your item is damaged or defective, you must email support to request a replacement within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.

This may be possible on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee you will be able to change your subscription plan. It is likely you can go down from Double to Single, but we can't guarantee that you can go up from Single to Double.

As an original Pillow Cover Club subscriber, you will be locked into the current rate for as long as you’re an active member! Prices and packages are subject to change if you leave and come back. 

If you’re looking for the perfect insert for your pillows, I have 2 styles of 20x20 inserts I recommend! It’s really personal preference, but for the fullest looking pillow it’s definitely best to get this size!
