To access and manage your subscription:

• Visit shopwilshirecollections.com and click My Account (person icon)
• Enter the email address associated with your Shopify account and subscription. (If you’re unsure which email address to use, please contact support@wilshirecollections.com
• Choose to log in with Shop Pay or click "Use email" instead.
• If using email, a temporary login code will be sent to your email address. Open the email, copy the code, then return to shopwilshirecollections.com and enter the code to log in.
• Once logged in, click "Manage Subscriptions" and select the subscription you’d like to view or make changes to. From here, you can review your subscription details or cancel your subscription.

Need to update your payment method?

From your account dashboard, click "Profile" to manage or add credit cards. Then return to Manage Subscriptions, select your subscription, and choose the credit card you’d like to use for future subscription charges.

Please Note: Once you log in, you should remain logged in on that device for up to one year unless you manually log out. The next time you visit shopwilshirecollections.com, simply click the account icon at the top of the website to access your account.

Great news! You no longer need to remember a password to access your Wilshire Collections account!

With our new account system, you’ll log in using a temporary code sent directly to your email instead of a password.

• Visit shopwilshirecollections.com and click My Account (person icon)
• Enter the email address associated with your Shopify account and subscription.
• Choose to log in with Shop Pay or click "Use email" instead.
• If using email, check your inbox for an email containing your temporary login code.
• Copy the code, return to shopwilshirecollections.com, and enter the code to securely access your account.

Didn't receive your code? Give it a few minutes to arrive, double-check that you entered the correct email address, and check your spam or junk folder. You can also request a new code from the login screen.

If you still aren't receiving a code or aren't sure which email address is associated with your account, please contact support@wilshirecollections.com and we'll be happy to help.

Please Note: If you previously had a Wilshire Collections account that used a password, you will no longer use that password to log in. Our new account system uses secure email verification codes instead.

Your monthly subscription will be charged on the same day each month. For example, if you purchased your PC subscription on October 1st, you'll be charged again on November 1st and so on.

If you purchased a PC yearly subscription (available only in 2020), you were charged $100 for the entire year. If you purchased on October 1, 2020, you will not be charged again until October 1, 2021, and so on. (Please Note: Our inaugural yearly payment option is no longer available to new subscribers.)

To update the credit card associated with your subscription:

• Visit shopwilshirecollections.com and click My Account (person icon)
• Enter the email address associated with your Shopify account and subscription. (If you’re unsure which email address to use, please contact support@wilshirecollections.com)
• Choose to log in with Shop Pay or click "Use email" instead.
• If using email, a temporary login code will be sent to your email address. Open the email, copy the code, then return to shopwilshirecollections.com and enter the code to log in.
• Once logged in, click "Profile" from your account dashboard to manage or add credit cards.
• After adding or updating your credit card, return to "Manage Subscriptions," select your subscription, and choose the credit card you’d like to use for future subscription charges.

Please Note: Adding a new credit card to your account does not automatically update the payment method associated with your subscription. You must return to "Manage Subscriptions" and select the new card for the subscription you’d like to update.

Once you log in, you should remain logged in on that device for up to one year unless you manually log out. The next time you visit shopwilshirecollections.com, simply click the account icon at the top of the website to access your account.

To cancel your subscription:

• Visit shopwilshirecollections.com and click My Account (person icon)
• Enter the email address associated with your Shopify account and subscription. (If you’re unsure which email address to use, please contact support@wilshirecollections.com)
• Choose to log in with Shop Pay or click "Use email" instead.
• If using email, a temporary login code will be sent to your email address. Open the email, copy the code, then return to shopwilshirecollections.com and enter the code to log in.
• Once logged in, click "Manage Subscriptions" and select the subscription you’d like to cancel.
• Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Please Note: Once you log in, you should remain logged in on that device for up to one year unless you manually log out. The next time you visit shopwilshirecollections.com, simply click the account icon at the top of the website to access your account.

We are happy to offer support regarding the Printable Club Member Area, your subscription and corresponding payments and account management.

We are unable to provide tech support for the devices (phones, tablets, computers, printers) you use to save/download/print your printables.

If you are having trouble doing these things, please consult a friend, family member, or IT professional that is tech-savvy and is able to provide personalized support with your particular device.

• Once inside your account, click the "Printable Club Member Area" button.
• You can also go directly to the Printable Club Member Area here: shopwilshirecollections.com/pages/pc-home
• Inside the Member Area, you’ll find this month’s printables along with your Printable Club member content and resources.

To access past months’ printables:

• Visit the Printable Club Member Area
• From the top navigation, click Past Months' Printables
• From there, you can browse and access the past printables from months you were a subscriber

*You’ll only have access to the printables from the months you were subscribed.

At this time, printables from 2025 and beyond are available within the Member Area.

Please Note: Printables from previous years are not currently available in the Member Area but may be added at a later date.

New printables are released each month between the 1st and 5th business day of the month. If the beginning of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the release schedule may be adjusted accordingly.

Once released you'll receive and email and text message (if you are opted-in to text alerts).

You can log into the Printable Club Member Area and access your printables at any time: Printable Club Member Area

You’ll have access to the printables from the months you were subscribed in the Past Months Printables section. At this time, printables from 2025 and beyond are available within the Member Area.

If you have a color printer at home, that will work great, with regular printer paper. If you don't have a home printer or it's not working well for you, you can have them printed elsewhere. Here's some of the places you can send the files to that will print them for you:

UPS

Our printables are for personal and gifting use. They also include a license that allows you to make crafts with these printables for resale. Sharing, copying or selling the printable PDF file itself is NOT allowed.
