To access and manage your subscription:

• Visit shopwilshirecollections.com and click My Account (person icon)
• Enter the email address associated with your Shopify account and subscription. (If you’re unsure which email address to use, please contact support@wilshirecollections.com
• Choose to log in with Shop Pay or click "Use email" instead.
• If using email, a temporary login code will be sent to your email address. Open the email, copy the code, then return to shopwilshirecollections.com and enter the code to log in.
• Once logged in, click "Manage Subscriptions" and select the subscription you’d like to view or make changes to. From here, you can review your subscription details or cancel your subscription.

Need to update your payment method?

From your account dashboard, click "Profile" to manage or add credit cards. Then return to Manage Subscriptions, select your subscription, and choose the credit card you’d like to use for future subscription charges.

Please Note: Once you log in, you should remain logged in on that device for up to one year unless you manually log out. The next time you visit shopwilshirecollections.com, simply click the account icon at the top of the website to access your account.

Great news! You no longer need to remember a password to access your Wilshire Collections account!

With our new account system, you’ll log in using a temporary code sent directly to your email instead of a password.

• Visit shopwilshirecollections.com and click My Account (person icon)
• Enter the email address associated with your Shopify account and subscription.
• Choose to log in with Shop Pay or click "Use email" instead.
• If using email, check your inbox for an email containing your temporary login code.
• Copy the code, return to shopwilshirecollections.com, and enter the code to securely access your account.

Didn't receive your code? Give it a few minutes to arrive, double-check that you entered the correct email address, and check your spam or junk folder. You can also request a new code from the login screen.

If you still aren't receiving a code or aren't sure which email address is associated with your account, please contact support@wilshirecollections.com and we'll be happy to help.

Please Note: If you previously had a Wilshire Collections account that used a password, you will no longer use that password to log in. Our new account system uses secure email verification codes instead.

Your monthly subscription will be charged on the same day each month. For example, if you purchased your DC subscription on October 1st, you'll be charged again on November 1st and so on.

To update the credit card associated with your subscription:

• Visit shopwilshirecollections.com and click My Account (person icon)
• Enter the email address associated with your Shopify account and subscription. (If you’re unsure which email address to use, please contact support@wilshirecollections.com)
• Choose to log in with Shop Pay or click "Use email" instead.
• If using email, a temporary login code will be sent to your email address. Open the email, copy the code, then return to shopwilshirecollections.com and enter the code to log in.
• Once logged in, click "Profile" from your account dashboard to manage or add credit cards.
• After adding or updating your credit card, return to "Manage Subscriptions," select your subscription, and choose the credit card you’d like to use for future subscription charges.

Please Note: Adding a new credit card to your account does not automatically update the payment method associated with your subscription. You must return to "Manage Subscriptions" and select the new card for the subscription you’d like to update.

To cancel your subscription:

• Choose to log in with Shop Pay or click "Use email" instead.
• If using email, a temporary login code will be sent to your email address. Open the email, copy the code, then return to shopwilshirecollections.com and enter the code to log in.
• Once logged in, click "Manage Subscriptions" and select the subscription you’d like to cancel.
• Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
