Frequently Asked Questions

When purchasing a product on our website you have the option to create an account. You may do this during checkout or at any other time by visiting the account page. https://shopwilshirecollections.com/account


Within your account you can view your order history and access any digital files you have purchased such as printables, tutorials or e-books. 


If you'd like to create account, you can do so at any time. When creating the account, make sure to use the same email address as you've used for your past orders or plan to use for future orders. Once you create the account, all previous orders/files will show there as well.


For orders placed before March 2021, you will need to login to the account portal on our old website: https://www.wilshirecollections.com/my-account/

Our items are made to order, therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. As soon as you purchase your item it is sent to our print provider for production. Please note that if you make an error during the ordering process, such as purchasing the wrong size or color, we may not be able to change the order before it is produced/shipped. 


If your item arrives defective or is damaged in shipping, please email support and send a photo/s that shows the entire item and clearly shows the damage: wilshirecollections1@gmail.com


Wilshire Collections is not responsible for lost packages due to shipping carrier issues or due to customers providing incorrect shipping addresses. Once your order leaves our printing facility it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and you will need to file a claim for any lost packages with the carrier directly. 


Digital products such as printables, tutorials or e-books are delivered to you via email immediately after purchase. Absolutely no refunds will be allowed for these items. 

At this time, we only ship physical products within the continental United States plus Hawaii. Digital (non-shippable) products can be purchased by customers in any country. 


Shipping times:

Our items are made to order. Please allow time for your order to process (up to one week, plus the time it takes for shipping). These times could be longer during busy holiday seasons. Items from your order may arrive in different packages at different times.


Shipping cost:

All orders ship for FREE, with no minimum purchase amount required. 

Our items are made to order, therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. As soon as you purchase your item it is sent to our print provider for production. Please note that if you make an error during the ordering process, such as purchasing the wrong size or color, we may not be able to change the order before it is produced/shipped. 


If you notice an error, please email support immediately and we will do our best to change your order. But please understand we may not be able to and we are not responsible for replacing the item at our own expense due to the ordering mistake. 

If you order digital products on our website, such as any printables or tutorials, they will be delivered to you via email immediately after purchase. Please be sure to enter your correct email address at checkout. You will receive an order receipt with link to download the digital items, plus you will also receive an additional email that contains a download link. 


If you have an account, you can login at any time to access your digital products. If you do not, you can still create an account at any time, using the same email address that you used to place your orders in the past. https://shopwilshirecollections.com/account


Once the account is created you will be able to access any digital products you purchased using that email address in the past. 



For online orders we accept credit card, debit card and PayPal. 


We also offer the option to use Sezzle on orders of $25 or more, for 4 interest-free payments.

If you have canceled your subscription you no longer have access to the Member Area. 


If your payment failed recently your account will be suspended. You will need to update your payment method. It can take up to 48 hours for your access to be re-enabled once your payment is updated.

To reset your Printable Club password go to this page and click the forgot password button.

Please only click the button once and wait for an email to arrive. Within 15 minutes you should get an email and can reset your password and get logged in. Make sure to check your spam folder too, or try searching Wilshire Collections in your email search bar to locate it.

If you wish to cancel your Printable Club subscription it is your responsibility to do so before your next payment date.

To cancel, go to the above link and fill out the cancellation form under the Printable Club section. 


Please note: On the cancellation form, it is imperative you enter the email address used on your account without any errors. If you use a different email address or it contains any errors or typos, our system will not be able to recognize your account and will not stop your recurring payments.

Whether your recent payment failed or you just got a new card, the simplest way to update your payment method is to fill out this form.

If your subscription payment fails at any point, we will notify you via email (and text if you're opted-in to text alerts) with instructions on how to update your payment information. We will contact you twice over a period of 7 days to update your payment. Failure to update your payment method or respond to the failed payment messages will result in your subscription be cancelled.


On the Update Payment Form, it is imperative you enter the email address used on your account without any errors. If you use a different email address or it contains any errors or typos, our system will not be able to recognize your account and will update your payment.

iPhone/iPad (How to print)


1. From the Printable Club - Click the word download below the printable to open it up

2. At the top of the screen click the download button (the pointing down arrow)

3. This should open the image up on your phone

4. Then click the middle button at the bottom of the page (a little box with arrow pointing upwards)

5. Scroll down through the options and click print (you'll need to have a printer connected to your phone or set one up if you don't)


iPhone/iPad (How to save)


1. From the Printable Club - Click the word download below the printable to open it up

2. (It will open a new window) At the top of the screen click the download button (the pointing down arrow)

3. This should open a new window with the printable

4. Then click the middle button at the bottom of the page (a little box with arrow pointing upwards)

5. Scroll down through the options and click "Save to Files"


The printable will now be saved in the Files app on your device


Android (How to print / save)


1. From the Printable Club - Click the word download below the printable to open it up

2. (It will open a new window) At the top of the screen click the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner

3. Scroll down through the options. Click “Print” to print

4. Or if you have to save the file, click “Download”


To access your saved printables go to Apps > MyFiles > Downloads

This Facebook group is where the DC is held and where all the fun happens, so make sure to request to join. It may take up to 48 hours for your request to be accepted. 



If you wish to cancel your Decorating and Creating Community subscription it is your responsibility to do so before your next payment date.
